The Marvel motorized skylight operator (power operator system) for windows and skylights (not exceeding 45 lbs at the chain) has a 9-1/2" chain. The motor should run off 110 volt current and be controlled by a standard single pole / double throw, center off momentary contact switch. These switches sold as a separate item or available at most local electric supply stores.
